A Portuguese review for Wobbly Lamps debut EP

When I was in Lisbon a few months back I left some copies of the Wobbly lamps debut EP in Louie Louie, the city's finest vinyl emporium. Whether it was through there of through Facebook, the excellent Portuguese garage rock blog Rock Around the Blog gave the EP a brief review yesterday. Below are both the original Portuguese and the English translation from the site.

"Drella", Wobbly Lamps new 3 track EP will be out on Polyvinyl Craftsmen Records next month. We still have a few of the original release left, get one before they are all gone.

The new editor (and Podcast) Polyvinyl Craftsmen edits his debut that also serves to Wobbly Lamps debuts, English band from Sarfend.

This EP called "Neon Tee Pee" is composed by three songs with sound forms elastic that permeate the music seemingly without rules.

Crunchy guitar riffs, heavy beats of drums and distorted vocals almost claustrophobic make up the slushy vibrations of the lo-fi garage in line with the post-punk, that best characterizes this album.

Excellent edition, which beyond doubt deserves a good listen.
